If a ticket is reporting a bug or requesting a new feature, Sandy forwards it to me to take care of. I then revert to code-monkey form and pound away at it.

Bug Fixes

These are the highest priority items I take care of. If a feature's down or not functioning as expected, it's my job to resolve it.

As time permits, I work on adding new features that have been requested via the ticket system.
