Jezzara used to be a sergeant in a recon unit of Karrnathian army during the war, but most of them were killed and the unit dismissed, the remaining soldiers either discharged or transferred to other regiments. Jezzara was among those discharged, mostly because of her abrasive personality and constant conflicts with superior officers. For two years she drifted all over Khorvaire, from one mercenary company to another, but finally decided to head over to Stormreach in hopes to find more excitement and get rich in the process. She would like to start a mercenary company/fighting school one day.
