We are the Forsaken. We are the lost, the damned, the outcast. We are rejected by the members of the Alliance, spurned by the other races of the Horde, and at bitter war with our forebears, the Scourge.
The Council of Decay was formed with the sole purpose of realizing the true destiny of the Forsaken - to conquer and rule the world as it should be ruled. We are obviously the best choice for this - as immortals, we can garner the necessary skills and wisdom to rule effectively. Already many of our number grow in strength and further our cause in the world - the destruction of the Scourge and Alliance, bringing in more members of the Council, and furthering their own power with adventure and tools. It is my fondest hope that you, too, will follow the ways of the Council, and see the destiny of the Forsaken through to its proper ending.

Whether or not you are a member, we are pleased to see that you are taking an interest in the plight of the Forsaken. The road before us is long, dark, and difficult, but together we can make it easier to travel.
