Crafting Trades -

Crafting is divided into three trades:

Artificer - Works with stone, wood and gemstones.
Blacksmith - Works with metal.
Outfitter - Works with cloth and leather.

The above three are primary trades. Each trade has two specialization trades that you can choose from at level 11 of crafting. You will need to successfully complete a quest in ordered to become specialized in one of the follow:

Carpenter - Creates wooden melee weapons, ranged weapons and are primary boat builders. This is a specialization of Artificer.
Mineralogists - Create stone weapons, magical focus items, jewelry and are primary house builders. This is a specialization of Artificer.
Armor Smith - Create all types of Heavy Armor. This is a specialization of Blacksmith.
Weapon Smith - Create all types of weapons. This is a specialization of Blacksmith.
Tailor - Create light armor, normal clothing, cloaks and inventory bags. This is a specialization of Outfitter.
Leatherworker - Create medium armor, saddlebags and hand wraps. This is a specialization of Outfitter.
