With regard the the Hoj admin person, we have yet to decide. I considered Glomli, but I appreciate that he will be very busy in the near future, so I so not think this is wise. HoJ will be discussin this matter on Wednesday in our weekly officers meeting, so I will update you guys then. This is of course, if the Grey Guard and yourselves agree that we should go ahead with this alliance.

In terms of our website, I shall prapare alliance links etc in the meantime. So when we get the nod, I can simply turn it all on.

I've spoken to Tilda of The Grey Guard, and everything is set up at their end. You just need to select someone to administer your usergroup, and then motivate your troops to get over there and start registering.

The admin role really is minimal effort. It takes about 15 seconds to add someone to a usergroup. All it needs is someone that will be able to check the forum regularly (daily?) in order to catch the new sign-ups.
