Hello all.

My name is Jon, I'm 42 years old and live in Dorset in the UK.

I've been playing MMOs since the early days of Dark Age of Camelot which was an absolutely fantastic experience. I've also been playing World of Warcraft since beta, had a long stint in Eve Online and visited Everquest II for a time. I started playing Lord of the Rings Online as a free trial and have taken advantage of each offer of 10 days free play that I've come across. Since F2P I have visited Middle Earth as often as I can.

I always seem to be busy in real life so don't often get to play online for long at a time. I've always been a slow leveller, preferring instead to take my time exploring and chatting. This style of play seems to fit in well with The Silent Minority so I thought I'd pop in an application and see what transpires.

I'll keep an eye out for any other guild members in game and hope to speak to some of you very soon.

Click the social panel button (lower left corner), there choose the fellowing tab. Into the Filter: field type silent minority and press enter. This will give you a list of all TSM members who are currently online. Pick a member from the list and send them a hello!

Do not be afraid of bugging anybody if you contact us. We're all used to this and are expecting you to approach us. The person you talk with may be busy at the time, but they can still relay your hello to somebody else who isn't busy. A lot of the people online may be much higher level than your character, but most of us have lots of alts of various levels.

I am assuming this person no longer has an interest in joining TSM?

Ah we thrive on inexperience and blundering our way through the world. Don't let that intimidate you. Just send a tell to whoever you see! We're not going to be judging you on how well you can play your character. The meeting could be as simple as going to see the theater at the new winter festival area.
