well I spent 1000 DP on my Uruk on appearance 1 - hoping that it would change the skin tone and add war paint, but the changes were minimal.

Is there another way of customising your monster, ie buying items via another NPC??

I don't think so, at least not yet. I think during one of the previous dev chats it was mentioned that mobs will become more cutomizable in the future.

hmm shame - my Uruk just doesn't look 'bad' enough.

perhaps we could party up sometime, Ugbruk has his eye of the Major of the Ratlings...

I gave up on my blackarrow because I couldn't get over how few clothes it had on.

My new uruk at least has shoulderguards and a shield, which is a little more respectable. Now it just needs a whip instead of a sword and I'm set.

There is like 5 character models for each class, so whilst the first one is a minor improvement, they should get much better. I don't think there are any screenshots though, from my understanding in beta not many people did the MP enough to get them, and since release obviously people have plenty of points but you need PvP kills to get higher ranks to get them.

Isn't it odd that the Uruk bowmen are very pale skinned - the opposite of what they should be. In fact they have taken some liberties with orcs, sure the green skin looks nice, but I don't remember anything in the books that suggests green skin.

Yea, skin should be a blackish gray, but hopefully thats reserved for the higher end models.

the Uruk's are pretty disappointing visually I agree. Too palid for Orcs which are breed to run in sunlight
