Our beloved tavern, the Wharf Rat, is gettin' an ovehaul. We've called in some master carpenters, and the back room is goin' to be caterin' to a more elite clientele. Now...before ye get yer knickers in a twist, we ain't changin' the front room. That one'll be as seedy as ever.

The Wharf Rat is located in the Blood Haze Inn, West Freeport, first floor, last door on the left under the name Vilnius.
