I show you this leaf from the trees of the Silver Willow that surround the area of my home. I have promised to protect my home and my kin from the darkness that invades our lands.
I promise to you to do the same for you lands, be them hill, dale or mountain. I lend you my sword and my knowledge to defeat the evil at hand.
Do you promise the same? Will you lend your aid and follow me into battle? Will you care for those that are wounded and left behind?
Much is left to be decided in the fate of Ea’. Let us be the ones to hear your tales. Join me and my kinsman in our quest to protect those around us and tell the tales at the end of the day.__
Silver Willow is a Lord of the Rings Online Kinship on the Nimrodel server. We are a US based kin with varying time zones. We are a mature, social and fun kinship focused on helping each other manage the tasks given by those in need. We are a role playing kinship, however the quality and quantity of ones RP is solely up to the person playing.
As we are an RP kin, we are most certainly not the largest kinship on the server, nor are we here for the uber gear or slaying the biggest balrog (although I would sure like to see him!) If you are looking to sport the leet gear and hang out in the hardest spots in the world for hours on end, then we may not be the kin for you. We are relaxed, this is our fun place, and we will not ruin it for you if you do not ruin it for us. If you want to explore every inch of middle earth and learn the lore, then we may be the kinship for you.
The one thing that I ask is that if you need help and you know that it is a task that will take a while, try to schedule it on the forums and do not just assume that because there are 5, 10, 12 of us on that we can all or some drop what we had planned to do to assist. Ask and plan, it makes the journey easier in the long run.
