Welcome all guild members. We are currently looking for members to lead raiding parties, pvp play and instances. This is NOT a fulltime position, we merely request that on occasion you make a committment to run an instance for others to to benefit from.
You will be required to set up the 'rules' as they apply to your group, before you enter the instance and remember to share the looting fairly. Leaders of the instances will be graded by the members of their groups on oganization and fair play. These positions will be taken into consideration when promotions are given.
