Greetings, After researching this issue, we have found that multiple groups have laid claim to the name “Dominion”. However, none of those groups appear to have and registered trademarks, and at this time we are returning the name Dominion to your group. We do need a fax (at 512-498 4099) verification from your group regarding the release of the use of Dominion to you from whatever group assigned it to you. This is simply a precaution, and allows us to change your name. We hope that you understand that should any group come back and actually lay an official claim to the name, it is quite likely that we will be forced to change it.
