Guild leaders will now have more responsibility, thus making a leader mean more than just a popular icon in the guild.

Leadership Duty logs are now in the guild forums, if you are a Noble, Council, or Lord make a topic with ur name just like the rest of them in that forum. guild members will post in your thread on the help you give to them.... rank requirements are subject to change but for now a Noble is required to help 2 hours weekly, Council is 5 hours weekly, and the Lord is required to help 7 hours weekly.

now before anyone freaks out these hours stack. so if u run a group of 4 ppl through a 1 hr instance, that's 4 hours. keeping that in mind these requirements may rise and lower periodically to maintain a functioning system to where leaders and normal members are at an even ratio

Everyone likes being a higher rank, it's natural. In The Crimson Brotherhood rank is acheived through some very simple steps.

1: activity and participation in the guild.
2: helping those in guild that need help (trust me the leaders are watching)
3: visiting the guild site and offering feed back via the forums or other means
4: ASK a Council member or the Lord. (asking us about a promotion lets us know you want it, even if you wont get it right then and there.)
5: the most important, if you ask about promotions make sure you know what it implies, you can veiw the ranks and what they mean on the Roster page!

This is a great place to keep members and visitors up to date on things of interest!
