TSO Instance Information

I went ahead and created an document under the information box that contains TSO Instance info for public use. It gives you a good idea of what instances you should be hittings and such. Let me know if there is anything you would like to see added to that.

Celestial Decree Has a New Address!

Celestial Decree has been upgraded to include a custom domain, and can now be reached directly by going to celestial-decree.guildportal.com. Please note that there is no WWW in front of the address!
