We are a T8 progression raiding guild.  All of RoK cleared(VP/Trak/SoH).  Current raiding schedule is as follows:

Tuesday - Zone TBD - 5-7:30pm pacific.
Wednesday - Zone TBD - 5-7:30pm pacific.
Saturday - Zone TBD - 5-8:30pm pacific.
Sunday - Zone TBD - 5-7:30pm pacific.

Currently recruiting: High Priority: SK, Troub x2
                                    Medium Priority:  Mystic, Inquisitor.
Applications can be submitted via the Guild Application thread. Prospective applicants must be able to attend 4-8 raids prior to guild invite.  All recruits will be screened via trial raids.

Adults only, Ventrilo (ability to speak and listen) is a must.  Info on Mayhem's DKP program can be found under the DKP tab.

Raid Performance and Etiquette

New Ranking Structure will be as follows:
Leader (Nightngale, Faeriefire) -
Should only be approached with problems or suggestions after speaking to an officer or raid councilor.

Raid Leader - Sahja - no issues will be brought up to the raid leader during raids. All issues need to go to other officers, and the other officers will bring up said issue to the raid leader.

Raid Councilor (TBD - fighter, TBD - scout, TBD - mage, Ravenshadow - healer) -
Should be approached with any problems or questions regarding raiding or class performance.

Officer (Kevaniak, Zebulon) -
Should be approached with any problems or questions regarding general guild structure or functions.

Dedicated Raider -
Exceptional Raiders who maintain a 75% or higher raiding attendance on a floating 30 day calender.

Raider -
Guild members who have shown adequate skill at their class.

New policies to take effect Saturday July 12, 2008:

DKP points will no longer be awarded based on zones, but rather by the block of time.
