Due to recent events and concerns about the guild structure, I am streamlining the ranks and creating a new way to become a member of this great guild.  I am renaming the ranks and access. Do not be alarmed. This is in the best interest of the guild and all our members.

The goal of our restructure is to encourage guildies to group together and help each other within the game.  That's the purpose of a guild, by the way. This new set of promotion guidelines will put the pressure on the new player to prove his value to the guild.  It won't be hard.  He/she will simply need to play with our guildies, prove he/ she is of quality character, and ask our members to vote "yes" on the website.  Our goal is always to recruit quality players, not just quantity.

First off, there is an application coming for all new members. These new members that would like to join our ranks will be called RECRUITS. Recruits will be required to fill out our new guild application. Upon doing so, they will be in a recruit phase for 15 days. I will put up a poll for you to vote for their promotion through the ranks. More on this to come. Then they will become an Initiate. They will have 30 days of this rank to get voted into full memberships status. More to come on this.

Full members will now be called VETERANS. Veterans will have more access to withdraw from the bank and be considered a full member of this guild.

Next rank will be CLASS LEAD. Class Leads will be an active force in our guild and all aspects of the game. They will run their own forum and give Veterans access to those associated forums. Class Leads will be helpful in planning events and getting their class to the highest that they can be.

BANKER will be a special rank appointed by the Guild Commander and will have special privileges in our guild bank.

CHAMPION will be our next rank. This rank will get nominated in by our Champions and Commanders and will show participation in Guild Events, Meetings and Website. A Champion is the cream of the crop and a very dedicated and helpful participant of this guild.

Ranks will no longer be based on the level of your character.  To move any higher than Veteran, you must rise above the crowd and show that you are a willing contributor to the guild, forums and events that will be coming in the future.
