I will try to fill in the blanks as best I can; however, those of you looking to ding 71 will want to look into the TSS armor system.  I think my focus is going to shift into doing these.  Each of the mold droppers has a chance to drop 'any' of the different lineup of armor molds for the same slot.  ie. NPC can drop either the Silk, Leather, Chain, or Plate Bracer.  This is also the "base" armor (apparently there's ways to upgrade it, probably with the power sources).

Rank I Completed Items (Rank II Completed Item with Power Source I) [Rank III Completed Item] "Rank IV Completed with Power Source II"
Bards:Wrought Plate (Whiper-Wrought Plate) []
Beastlord: Emblazoned Leather (Earth-Emblazoned Leather) []
Berzerker: Scarred Chain (Fire-Scarred) []
Clerics: Fused Plate (Mana-Fused) []
Druids: Inlaid Leather (Bark-Inlaid) [Purevine] "Venesh`s Purevine"
Enchanters: Attuned Silk (Thought-Attuned) []
Magicians: Shrouded Silk (Vision-Shrouded) []
Monk: Blessed Leather (Mist-Blessed Leather) []
Necromancers: Vexed Silk (Shadow-Vexed) []
Paladins:Scribed Plate (Silver-Scribed Plate) []
Rangers: Embraced Chain (Vine-Embraced) []
Rogue: Bladed Chain (Bone-Bladed Chain) []
Shadow Knights: Hewn Plate (Soul-Hewn Plate) []
Shamans: Seared Chain (Spirit-Seared Chain) [Silverfanged]
Warriors: Marred Plate (Battle-Marred) []
Wizards: Keeper Silk (Tomekeeper Silk) []

Powersources are by Armor type (Unknown if there's a tradeskillable power source, but Faintly, Softly, Translucent, and Flickering pulled up some misc items that made me think it's possible):
Chain = A Faintly Glowing Powersource,
A Large Faintly Glowing Powersource,
(Tradeskill???: Faintly Glowing Fist, Faintly Glowing Diamond)

Leather = A Flickering Powersource,
A Large Flickering Powersource,
(Tradeskill???: Flickering Watchtower Torch, Flickering Powersource)

Plate = A Softly Glowing Powersource,
A Large Softly Glowing Powersource,
(Tradeskill???: Softly Glowing Lantern, Softly Glowing Stone)

Silk = A Translucent Powersource, ALLA's
A Large Translucent Powersource, ALLA's
(Tradeskill???: A Translucent Gem Shard, A Translucent Green Gemstone)

Each of the Molds begin with "An Ancient..."
See Lucy's "An Ancient..." Listing

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY WORK ON ONE QUEST AT A TIME!!!
The NPC you seek for each of the quests is Tenish
(So grab your mold before you grab your quest!)
Terraxs is the NPC for the level 75 armor upgrade.

The best forum I have found is the GoBerserker.
Another decent forum is HERE, and HERE.

In addition to the molds you need:
For Plate users depending on the mold you will need
either a number of - Ash Covered Scrap Metal
or a number of - Frosted Scrap Metal

Leather users - Frosted Hide, Ash Covered Hide

Chain users - Frosted Chain Link, Ash Covered Chain Link

Silk users - Frosted Swatch, Ash Covered Swatch

I have not seen the plate reward yet, but I imagine it's fairly beefy just by having seen the results of the chain armor.

Terraxs which the molds would drop from raid content? - Mark me as confused, but we shall see.)

LOL, in all my years - we made Samanna's Reference Desk!
The Spirit Realm TSS Armor Sticky

The reason I think you "MAY" have to have the base piece done first before getting the 75 armor tasks or upgrading this armor further is due to THIS POST, by Rashere.

NPCs in Direwind are supposedly easier than in Icefall due to the fact that Direwind NPCs lack Shaman Haste (Dispell those in Icefall to help slow them back down to manageable levels prior to engagement).
