As mankind evolves, so too must the methods used to ensure its survival.
Following a directive from AFS High Command, military units composed entirely of logos receptives have been established. They operate independently of the mainstream hierarchy. High Command's thinking is that this will ensure flexibility and prevent animosity between regular troops and receptives from having a detrimental effect on combat operations. This has been challenged by the suggestions that with most receptives being civilians plucked from normal life and thrown into a brutal warzone, the Receptive Combat Units will simply collapse in disarray.
One such unit, at least, has shown promise. The 7th RCU gained the nickname of "Raptors" following their systematic annihilation of three full strength Bane predator squadrons. Critics attribute this achievement to the prior military experience of the unit's commanding officer and his second-in-command, but the fact remains that the bulk of the "Raptors'" had been medical students, bartenders and civil engineers before the invasion of Earth.
Time will tell whether High Command's reasoning is sound. In the meantime, the battle for mankind's survival continues.

As much as it saddens me, the time has come for the 7th RCU to close its doors. Myself and the founding members of the clan have decided to leave Tabula Rasa and return to our previous home in World of Warcraft.
The reasons for this have nothing to do with those in the 7th RCU or the community as a whole, but rather the game itself. The founding members and I have been struggling to hold an interest in TR past level 30, and, although we may return should the developers introduce more late/end-game content, it would be unreasonable to expect those who have joined us over the past weeks to await our return. I know for certain that this feeling is not unique to us: the number of clan members whose activity rapidly declined, or ceased entirely, after reaching level 30 is startling.
I will therefore be removing all but myself, Corrigan and McMurray from the roster. We wish our former members, and the entirety of the TR community, all the best for the future.
