AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT RAIDING

Magicially Malicious was established by friends as a "casual raiding guild."  That means we have a desire to raid, but without the stress and drama of a normal raiding guild, and in a more relaxed manner.

For those members of MM that have a desire to raid, there are some minimum requirements.  These are not arbitrary numbers, but widely used minimums for success in Naxx, which is the first raiding dungeon.   In order to be succsessful at all, all members of the raid will need to hit 1200 DPS.

Some of you have proven you are capable of hitting that number.  Some haven't.  For those of you that haven't, but would like the opportunity to do so, please contact one of the officers or advisors to arrange a "re-test."

We would like to begin raiding soon.  Until we have enough members of MM that meet the minimum proficiency, we may need to supplement our raids with people from outside the guild.

When thinking about upgrading your gear, please take advantage of the many crafters that we have in Magically Malicious.  Many upgrades and enhancements are available to you, but you have to ask.

If you need a run, please ask about it.   If you don't want to raid, please don't feel pressured to do so.  We like you for who you are, and value your friendship.  If you do want to raid, and aren't currently at the minimum proficiency, please let us help you get there.

Today's the day.  I'm sure some of you took the day off to spend a little quality time with your mouse and keyboard.
Let us know your impressions, thoughts, whatever of the expansion.  I'm sure there will be more "What the ????" moments like there were in BC, so let us all in on the experiences. :)

MM is actively writing class guides.  We are attempting to break down the guides as much as possible for specific specs and raid roles.  These guides will be focused on PvE content as that is our focus.  We strongly encourage you to read these guides and start up discussions based on their conclusions.   We have spent a lot of time researching and writing  these guides but that doesn't mean they are infallible.  Let us know what you disagree with and we can all become enlightened.
