Welcome to the Tyrian Elite Private Server Website!

Here at Tyrian Elite, we have changed the storyline intended by Blizzard.  Instead of Horde and Alliance being enemies, they are allies, and call themselves the Tyrian League, or more well-known, the Tyrian Elite.  This server has converted all major cities (i.e. Orgrimmar, Ironforge) into outdoor instances and raids, all with custom loot tables and gear.  We have also opened areas not used on Blizzard Servers, and have changed a majority of Scarlet Crusade towns into our own Tyrian Cities (i.e. Tyr's Hand, EPL; Hearthglen, WPL).  In fact, our own name derives from Tyr's Hand.

Here is where the fun is.  All characters start in an elnclosed area, and the only way out is the portal located nearby.  That portal takes them to a custom starting area with new quests, enemies, gear and rewards.  at the end of that custom starting area, players have the choice to continue through out that zone, completing Blizzard quests (only difference is that the quest givers are all of the Tyrian Faction, and accessible to both "Horde" and "Alliance") or take one of many portals to the re-created cities.  There, players will have access to trainers of every proffession, weapon (limited to class allowablility), and class trainers.  There will also be Battleground Masters, stables, inns, mount training and vendors and much more.

Please visit the All About section of the Forums for more information.

Hamachi is a software that is free, and allows you to connect to the private server.  What you need to do, is take this link:
              https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/download.asp
Then, scroll to the bottom, and skip the optional registration section, click the box, accepting the Terms of Use thing, and click "Go to Download"

Select your language if you don't speak english (heh...) and click download under whichever operating system you have (i.e. Windows)

save it whereever you want, then run it after it's downloaded.

Follow the steps in the installation, then open it up.

Create your account/name, it doesn't have to be your real name, then join the
channel named: WoW Public Server Mike
password is: Wilkinson

now, in the realmlist.wtf file, located in your World of Warcraft folder, change:
us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
->
5.49.46.120

If you cannot find the realmlist.wtf file, you can download the wowscape server browser at:  http://wowscape.net/wsl/wsl-4.3.zip
(i did not create this program and take no ownership over it, it is just an easy way to access different servers. Thank you WoWScape)

now open world of warcraft, and log in on your account.  Account creation information is located in the Getting Started forums.
