Hi Giteh!

It sounds like you are just missing the modified tooltip script. Just add the following to your Footer Area (Control Panel > Custom HTML & Scripts > Footer Area)
<style type="text/css">
.tooltip, .preview, .screenshot { cursor:pointer; }
#tooltip, #tooltip2, #preview, #screenshot { color:#dddddd; background:#222222; border: 1px solid #333333; padding:5px; display:none; opacity: 0.9; filter: alpha(opacity=90); text-align:left; border-radius: 1em; -moz-border-radius: 1em; -webkit-border-radius: 1em; }
</style>
<script src="http://www.axiomfiles.com/Files/258012/tooltip.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

My only problem is the Progression box only seems to show the 3 Symbols at the top and none of the progression. or anyhting.

Hi Idsapit13!

First off, thanks for the compliment and nice work on your site too

I think the problem with the progression box not showing up might be due to the site being inside an iframe (I've seen this happen in the past). But for some reason I can't replicate the problem. Try adding the progression code then looking at your page while it's not inside an iframe and see if it works, then check it inside the iframe to determine if this is the reason.

Honestly, putting the site inside an iframe isn't the best way to show off your domain. Have you tried using the Domain Redirecting (Control Panel > General Settings & Tools > Domain Redirecting) feature that GuildPortal provides? I can't help you out too much here since I haven't used this feature, so you might want to check the admin forums for help if you can't get it working - I remember a few posts about it.

dam... your right. Hmm i will look more into this.
but yes if u go to http://guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=331487&TabID=3074244 it shows up..
but if u go to Encoreguild.com ... it doesnt.

thats dumb lol ill post again after fiddling around a little.

EDIT: Alright so i Turned off MAsking from my 3rd party domain ppl thing. and it seems to work now. just wish it would say Encoreguild.com up top though.

EDIT2: oh and btw. YOUR AMAZING! lol i would have NEVER ever thought of something like that.

EDIT3: was just talking with my dad who is C++ / asp.net yadda yadda and the way he explaned to me about the problem was that this code is "hard coded" in to link back to www.guildportal.com/yadda. instead he said he doesnt know about java but in asp.net you just do something like Anydomain*/ so from anydomain it could be linked back. Lol hope this helps to prevent future problems for other ppl.

Hi Salovard!

For some reason, the code below the "Don't change anything below" message has extra stuff added. It is probably easiest to just replace all of the code below that message. Copy the code below and replace it in the appropriate widget and you should be set.
  • Progression Box:
    Actually, the progression box code you are using is an older one that doesn't show two columns in the tooltip which covers both normal and heroic modes. I'm sorry if this causes you extra work editing the boss statuses, but get the entire code from here. Choose the code from "Progression - WotLK only".

  • Recruitment Box:
    Just copy the code below and replace the code starting from the Don't change anything below message:
    /* ********************************************
       Don't change anything below
       ******************************************** */
    var sQ = '&quot;';
    var rb = '<div><a href="' + linkToRecruitmentPost + '">' + recruitTitle + '</a></div>';
     for (var j=0; j<classrq.length; j++) {
      rb += '<a href="' + linkToRecruitmentPost;
      rb += '" class="tooltip" title="<span class=recruitToolTip>';
      rb += classrq[j][1].replace(/\"/g,sQ);
      rb += '</span><br>' + classrq[j][2].replace(/\"/g,sQ);
      rb += '" rel="' + tooltipWidth + '"><img src="';
      rb += classrq[j][0].replace(/\"/g,sQ) + '"';
       if (classrq[j][2].match(recruitKeyWord)) { rb += ' class=dim'; }
      rb += '></a>';
     }
     rb += '</a>';
     $('#recruitBar').html(rb);

Thanks for the help Mottie. I could have sworn I didn't touch any of the recruitment bar code. And I originally wanted to use the one that you suggested, but was having a hard time getting it to work so I just tried using one of the older ones and I probably just messed up switching the code around.

Thanks again for the help!
