i see there is a mod for making a widget "see-able" by certain members.

i want everyone to be able to see the widget, but be editable just by certain members. is that possible?

so, to explain further...

i want my recruiting officer to have their own page with member and recruiting widgets. they would edit their widget as they see fit. they would handle info being used in it but not the design of it.

the same would go with the other officers. they would have their own page to edit as they saw fit. but they would only have editing abilities to the pages and widgets they are given access to.

thanks^^

Hi Zendyr!

Specific admin permissions per individual are given from the "Member Admin" link in the login bar. Once that is open you can click the "Edit" link next to each person and modify these specific admin rights, for events, forums, memberships etc. There is no way, that I know of, to assign specific people admin rights for a page. This kind of permission would require changes to the server side of GuildPortal and thus, since I am just another user of GuildPortal like you, is beyond my abilities. I would recommend posting this in the feature discussion section of the admin forums. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
