I found what I was looking for when I came to your site in this thread. However after implementing it, I am still having issues.

I want to make images in a gallery full size. So I followed the instructions found here and bam. Done.

Except that images uploaded through the upload tool available to all users still appear thumbnail size. Others that are linked elsewhere on the web show up full size. Any suggestions to fix that?

Thanks

Hi Ct2020!

I figured out how to show the full images. I've updated the script back in the post that has code for expanding the gallery, but I recopied it here and highlighted the code in blue to show you the change from the original.
<script type="text/javascript">
// *******************
// Full Sized Image Gallery
// *******************

$(document).ready(function(){
 var minimumHeight = 500;
 var maximumWidth = 1000;
 $('#imgPlaceDiv').css({ 'min-height':minimumHeight, 'height':'', 'width':'' });
 $('#imgWrapperAnchor').css({ 'max-height':'', 'max-width':'' }).attr('title','');
 $('#imgGalleryImage').css({ 'max-height':'', 'max-width':maximumWidth }).unbind();
 $('#imgCaptionDiv').css({ 'text-align':'center', 'width':'' });
})
var showGalleryImage = function(sGalleryImgPath, sDescription) {
 $('#imgGalleryImage').fadeOut('slow', function(){
  $('#imgGalleryImage').attr('src', sGalleryImgPath.replace(/axst_/,'')).load(function(){
   $('#imgGalleryImage').fadeIn('slow');
   $('#imgCaptionDiv').html(sDescription);
  });
 });
}
</script>

Hi Mottie

(Me again).

Is there a way to change the text colour in the full-size Silverlight Gallery? All the text there, including caption, appears in white. And since my background is white, too...
Note : the caption shows in black on the mini gallery.

Thanks again.

Hi Kilorglin!

Because the gallery is inside of an iframe, it'll have to be a fix using scripting which really isn't efficient because it won't be applied until after the gallery is completely loaded... So I think the best solution would be to put in a support ticket, if it takes longer than I few days I'll try to get something put together for you.

Hi this was working fine on our site but after an adding a new image tonight I'm having problems.

I copied the original code from here and it shows the same issue.

Any advice or help you could give would be great.

Thanks.

Hi Vasula!

It looks like the code might have been added to the editor in "Design" mode. Switch to [ <> HTML ] mode, the button at the bottom of your screenshot, then paste in the code.

Hi Mottie,

Thanks for the response.

The code was added in HTML mode.  I've now tried adding it using the Raw Script option and that worked.  My apologies as I should have tried that before posting.

When I add via HTML mode, on saving the code changes:

From -

<!--

*****************************

 DON'T change anything below

***************************** -->

To (after saving in HTML mode) -

&lt;!--

*****************************

DON'T change anything below

***************************** --&gt;

Anyway, I've got it working again.

Thanks,

Vasula.
