Parrlay is Now a Metropolis!

As of 7/09 Parrlay has been upgraded this week from a City to a Metropolis!   Congrats Everyone!  We've also added a treasury report section in the Member Forums to keep everyone informed on the city finances.

New Paintings in City Hall

Kukoo Dani of WSQ has donated the set of 4 Instance paintings he won in the recent Raffle at the Mid-Year Festival to the City of Parrlay as a Thank You Gift for hosting the Event.  The Paintings are on display in the Mayor's Office and the Militia Meeting Room inside City Hall for All Citizens to enjoy.
