I am.  Most of my practical experience is with print -- not my first love, but beggars can't be choosers.  My wife makes fun of me for hating Papyrus.

What I have against Papyrus isn't that its a horrible font (although its not really anything special), but its the new Times New Roman/Arial -- its so overused that just using it makes whatever it is you're working on look amateur.  Helvetica is similar amongst designers, but its such a simple, classic form that it stands up better.

So here's my geek admission: most of my characters are some form of "Gar-".  Garithras, Garanfir, Gargantuan, etc.  It's because I really really love the font Garamond, named after one of the early printing press typeface designers, Claude Garamond, who lived in the early 1500s.  His work has stood the test of time and remains one of the most easy-to-read in print and timeless typeface designs even now.

You are doing what I wanted to do when I graduated but couldn't manage to find a job in without moving, and I was putting my wife through school at the time so that wasn't really a possibility.  Nowadays I work primarily in InDesign, using Photoshop and Illustrator for the images.  I actually created and still manage ephguild.com.  It looks good on a resume and keeps me at least a little abreast of what's happening in the world of design, programming, and database administration on the web.

They're both about the same.  This one's about 60kb more than the old one.  It's because I used a transparent PNG.  I originally did it because the border was transparent, but I'm not a huge fan of it anymore.  I kept it that way because I could do it faster.  The plan is to fix the border and give it a graphical "glowy" one instead of the transparent "dirty" one.  I just haven't done it yet.  When I do, I'll be able to save it out as a JPG and make it much smaller.
