So 4.0 is dropping today.  Download is sloooooow, so I'm looking for an alternative download site, when I find something, I'll post it.

New Glyph Slots!
You'll see on the wowtal.com link that you now have Prime, Major, and Minor glyphs.  All 9 slots are unlocked at 75, so you should have all 9 available on an 80.

New Flexible Raid Lock Out!
This means that 10/25 boss lockouts are shared, so be careful.  I'm not 100% sure how this works but I think it works like this:
Each player is locked out of a specific boss.  So if you kill a boss in 25, you will not be able to kill it in 10 for that week.  The loot is still the same, they didn't make any changes to that.  So if you kill the first 5 bosses in 25man, you won't be able to kill them in 10man.  I personally am a fan because it means we might be able to get people Kingslayer a little easier.  We can take the 25man ID from Tuesday and switch it to the 10man ID for Wed/Sun and have fewer bosses to clear.  From my understanding, since it's saved to the player, not the raid, it means if someone else from Reavers (for example) does the same thing, the ID splits.  Their kills in 10man won't effect what bosses are left in our 10man.  (Does this make sense)

Reforging!
You can take any 40% if any secondary stats and turn them into other secondary stats.  MMO nailed it with this graphic:

Updating my mods as best as I can.

I think the two main ones I care about (xperl and Bartender4) are updated, so I should be okay. :3

From what I understand, the flexible raid lockout ONLY works for normal instances. If you're in a heroic instance, you're saved to that heroic instance.
