The following changes were approved by the officers and are effectively immediately (please see RoE page and look for the  to help guide your eye to the effects):

1. Class Trainer Eligibility Requirements (Medals/class trainer as well as Kinship Advancement, Responsibilities, and Recognition/Other Roles/Trainers sections) - Event requirement added for trainers
2. EC Responsibility and Requirements (Kinship Advancement, Responsibilities, and Recognition/Other Roles/EC section as well as new section under Medal/Certified ECs) - New medal added and requirements for EC's added
3. Sponsor KP (Kinship Advancement, Responsibilities, and Recognition/Other Roles/Sponsor section as well as KP table)
4. Guaranteed Spot (Grouping/Raids/Fellowships/Formation/Guaranteed Spot) - gives a perk to those who win a spot on a raid formation who give up their spot - must actually win the spot. The RL will ask at final formation if anyone wants to give up a spot. It is never required or expected that someone will or should.
5. Farm Raids (Grouping/Raids/Fellowships/new section Farm Raids) - allows raids to be ran on pick up with certain criteria.
6. Non-Raid formation rule change (Grouping/Raids/Fellowships/Formation) - changed that non-raids must take players in sign up order that fit the pre-posted group comp or if no pre-posted group comp, then take them on order of sign-up
7. AFG Member change (Kinship Advancement, Responsibilities, and Recognition/Members/Requirements) - created a rule around very inactive members and status changes.

1. Reference to "Radiance" removed
2. Updated Medal KP
3. And that all officers can lead a raid even if not certified - still require certification to earn RL Kp though
4. Changes highlighted with a "."

1. Increased the gathered materials requirement for recruits from T2 to T6. If you are a current recruit who had already gathered or sent your sponsor the stack and it was lower than T6, then it is considered met.
2. Added Tower of Orthanc Raid Requirements
3. Added 2 clarifications to grouping
4. Raid Certification: Changed the rule for being certified on farm raids for EC. Basically an EC just need to pass knowledge check versus run it successfully since we don't schedule runs for them anymore preventing the chance for ECs to actually get certified in it and run it as a farm. The RoE was unintentionally blocking RCs from being certified on farm raids.

The following changes were approved by the officers and are effectively immediately (please see RoE page and look for the 

1. Destiny Points: Removed reference from Raid Requirements and put in Morale Minimum as a TBD based on Tier
2. Draigoch now listed as Farm Raid - ECs, Trainers, Officer can schedule or do pick-ups as rule of "Farm Raid."
3. Clarified Trainer could set up events and run farm raids like ECs (has been case just clarified)
4. Farm Raids: Updated these that the organizer can be EC, Trainer, Officer (no longer requires that they be certified to organize it or run it, but still only get RL bonus if certified)
5. Formation rules - updated the sign-up cut off time and pre-formation that we piloted in April as official now. Consensus is that it helped us start sooner/on time.
6. Will be adding section on Discovery Team, Py will publish more detail next week.
