Hello fellow WoW Players and Welcome to Guild Atelophobia.

Our Guild Mission: To facilitate a gaming environment where, through organized leadership, unified efforts, individual dedication and responsibility, endgame progression is achieved in an efficient and enjoyable manner.

Leadership: The pinnacle of any guild is its leadership. Without a solid grasp of communication and organization skills, a foundation unto which a strong and lasting guild cannot be built. With this in mind, <Atelophobic> will only appoint officers that are able to carry out their duties to the highest of standards.

Raids and Attendance
Members are expected to maintain a 60% raid attendance. Members without 60% raid attendance will counseled by the leadership regarding the continuation of their membership.  Let us know in advance if something comes up and you cant make the raid (whether its vacation etc..). The raid depends on you being there if you say you will be there.

Because of the compact nature of the guild, all members are expected to be online and ready to begin pulls at 7:45pm. If a member is not able to attend on a specified day, the leadership needs to be made aware ahead of time (barring extreme circumstances). Please ALWAYS inform Admins if you are a not showing up to a raid hours before the raid starts so that we can make adequate adjustments as needed. This can be easily done by utilizing a few of our communication avenues; 1) Send Admins an In-game mail, 2) Posting on Forums Attendance Post (Which Is updated Weekly) and/or on ventrillo hours before raid. Barring extreme circumstances anything else would just reflect lack of courtesy, respect and or willingness to follow our attendance guidelines and may result in sitting out of raids or outright removal from the guild!

Raids will take place Sunday-Thursday (Eastern Standard Time Zone):
Sunday -7:30 pm to 12 am
Monday- 8pm to 12 am
Wednesday- 8pm to 12 am
Thursday- 8pm to 12 am

These times and days can change to adjust to the majority of guildies. We will take a census on whats best for our guild.
