Tier 2 conquests and beyond

Aegis has been very busy in the lower tiers of late. Recruitment is up, active players on line at one time is rising to record levels, voice communication use is way up. All those things bode well for our guild. 

As we gain momentum and advance in the game as a guild and as players, let's also focus on growing a community as well.
