As 3.1 nears, and the doors to Ulduar open, we need to once again focus on progression and success.  In doing so, we need the best from everyone and this is why a core group of 25 raiders needs to be established.  Issues with attendance and loot has caused a few problems in Naxx, nothing serious, but to get the best out of Ulduar, things do need to change.

The core group of raiders (3-4 tanks, 6 healers) will be picked mainly by Alyz (with veteran approval).  Criteria includes performance, attendance, teamwork, and patience. 

Most likely, a loot system will be put in place for Ulduar.  Possibilities include Suicide Kings, Loot Council or a DKP system.

GB usage, while still lax, will be judged more upon by your donations to it.  Abyss Crystals and other high-cost items will require at least some sort of donation.  While stocked for now, we will see many wipes and high repair bills.
