Roc gets a warm welcome from Overlord Mata Muram.


After two weeks of setbacks against the Jelvan event, CotR showed up with their game faces on and put those nasty tormentors out of their misery for the third time.  From that point on, I had a good feeling that we'de finally be able to take on AMV with a sufficiently sized and fully prepared raid force (24 characters).  We did just that.  Ture and Hanver went quick and easy, as usual.  Then it was on to AMV.  The plan was executed almost flawlessly.  AMV was brought down and Roc got it's first look at OMM.

Being our first attempt and so late in the day, I didn't expect to do much against OMM, but we performed suprisingly well.  We got him down to about 75%, before things fell apart.  We learned alot from the attempt and I look forward to the next time we hit Anguish.  His days are numbered.

Congratz to everyone who paticipated on another milestone.  We brought in a ton of upgrades in the process.  Notable first-time drops for us were...

It was also our first 3 orb raid.  Congratz to Sonleewhoo and Duinum, who completed their Epic 2.0's and to Eloian who is 1 step closer to his.

Moments after defeating the beast, Druzzil Ro drops in to crash our party.  With a smile, she resets the space-time continuem, undoing everything we had accomplished and leaving us with no memories beyond our last conversation with Grand Librarian Maelin (after having completed the Quintessence of the Elements).  Members stand puzzled, wondering where all these shiny new toys came from...
