Guild Guidelines: By applying for membership and being accepted into Void, you are agreeing to these guidelines. Anyone found to be in violation of these guidelines will we given 1 warning and receive a 30 day probabation period during which they will not be able to attend guild functions. Anyone committing a second offense will be banned for 60 days. Anyone found to be in violation of these guidelines a third time will be permenantly banned from this guild and any of it's sister and child guilds. 1) No begging for money from guild members or in any of the major cities. By level 60, you should have your professions leveled and able to make money. 2) If you need a loan for things such as Epic Mount Training or Cold Weather Flying, just petition one of the leaders (Vice-Admiral and above). You will be notified in 2 days of our decision. If approved, anything less than 500g must be paid back within 30 days of the loan. Larger amounts of gold are available for loan, but will be secured by some kind of goods. All loans over 500g Must be repaid within 60 days. If not repaid, you will be put on probationary status, and will not be invited to any guild functions until the loan has been repaid. We are here to have fun, but we also put in alot of time and effort into building the bank. 3) No spamming in guild or trade chats. Posting recruitment macros should be posted once in Trade/General and GuildRecruitment only once every half hour or so by each member. Do not put any green items in Guild Bank! We do not have anyone who is below level 60 in this guild. Send any greens to Finle/Alanalda, Faelynn/Frostonica, Scarecrow (Youcallmedic), or Nytemagic/Bellafox to be D/E'ed to stock alt guild banks with mats for different professions.
Items in GB are used to generate funds for the guild, and will be sold to members at a portion of the current AH fair market value. This is how we replenish the guild bank. If you would like an item, be prepared to pay for it, and petition an officer (Vice-Admiral and above) by ingame mail. Be respectful to each other and all Guild Leaders at all time. I don't like to ban people, but have in the past, and will in the future if need be. Our rules are simple, but there for a purpose. Guild Web Site Registration is required. I use this to send people notifications when they are not ingame, so include an email addy, this is a private system, and your email will not be used for anything other than communicating guild news and information. We do have required Addons for Raids/H instances, they need only be on during these times. We also require Ventrilo Client, you do not have to speak, but you must be able to hear during raids and H instance runs, if you do not wish to use vent, you will not be invited to guild runs. Ventrilo client is free, I pay for the server licensing. Donations are welcome.
Anyone under 18, get mom and dads permission to use vent. This is the only exception to the rule about ventrilo, Mom and Dad won't let you use it. Just send me an ingame mail. If you go AFK, mark yourself as AFK...... that way we know you aren't just ignoring us.
Required Addons: We Required that members use the following addons: Deadly Boss Mods during guild raids/instance runs Group Calendar I also recommend that you create a Curse account (Free) and use the curse client/profiler to be sure that your addons are installed correctly and kept updated.
