The 3rd phase is really a LOT like the daily dragon quest in Coldara, except here you have other dragon healing you if you are DPS.  It's good practice to run that quest, and gives Wyrmrest rep, too!

A few key things:  Stay tight and very close as a group.

Move as a group when someone gets aggro.

Never stop casting.  You can still cast while moving, even if you are not facing Maly while moving.  The quickest way to kill him is to get lots of dot stacks on him.  If the raid can get a bunch of 20+ stacks he will die very quickly.  I find casting 2 dots then following with a blast is good for giving enough time for an energy recharge.  It also leaves enough energy to raise a shield in case maly blasts me.
