The Circle of Night (CoN) is a Dungeons and Dragons Online guild primarily focused on end-game content -- raids and epic quests. 

Dungeons and Dragons Online is based in the world of Eberron, and it is from that world's lore that we chose our guild name.  In Eberron, The Circle of Night is a group of elite Inspired agents who coordinate the activities of the Dreaming Dark.

The Dreaming Dark is primarily composed of Inspired agents and assassins that work to increase the power of the Quori over the world. Their primary objectives are to thwart the activities of the Kalashtar, increase the influence of Riedra, and eliminate any troublemakers for the Quori's activities. The Dreaming Dark wields tremendous influence and its members are higher ranking than the ambassadors from their home nation.

It is worth noting that The Circle of Night began it's rise to power and dominance on Ghallanda just as the Inspired and the Dreaming Dark took hold of the Harbor in Update 2.  Coincidence?  Perhaps.

Or maybe it's all part of the plan...
