We are a new guild looking for a good raiding experience.  We are hoping to get at least 10
 active raiders geared up enough so that we can start clearing Ulduar 10 man.  This isn't the
 type of guild that you have to lose your life to be able to stay in it, we know that people have
 lives and real life things pop up.  If you are a very active raider, of course you will get a
 privilege of choosing an item from a raid over someone else who doesn't raid as much as
 you.  There is a system we run by that gives you points for the more positive things you do
 and also can deduct you points if you do something bad, or just show up for a raid late. 
 Once you get enough points, you can buy get an item if it drops from a raid with your points.
 This system makes it more fair and easier to get gear!
