The goal is to find a collection of players with their radiance gear, to ensure groups can form for instances and raids. The PPRC has grown to the point where any raid leader can nearly always fill a group quickly with the classes the group needs. The PPRC has also allied with numerous kins that either fill groups through ingame chat or post raids on the calendar.
Please understand that signing up for a raid does not guarentee a spot in that raid. Signing up shows an interest and willingness to join but the final decision is in the hands of the raid leader. Their decisions will be based on kin members, prior experience with players, class make up, and even the gear/stats, deeds and virtues of interested players. I would suggest having all legendary and class traits available and your virtues primarily maxed out. Be willing and even offer to retrait according to the instance being run and the strategy of the raid leader. It is always a good idea to have green and blue pots, hope tokens, food, and possibly other consumables, ask the raid leader. Also, while most raid leaders use a fairly standard roll/pass type loot rule, it is a good idea to ask about the loot rules before starting the raid/instance.
