Maverick Darkhaven promoted to Captain

Maverick Darkhaven has been promoted to captain.

With this promotion, he is now executive officer of the clan during times when he is the ranking officer.  

This means that he has the right to enforce existing rules as he sees fit, when he is the officer on duty.
