Raven Skelton also known as "Red Rain". She was a notoriously serial killer. Known for arranging the bodies of her victims upside down letting the blood dripped like the rain. After couple years committing these crimes. She was hit by a truck while she was fleeing the scene of her latest crime and ended her life. She was 28. Autopsy and DNA confirm that she was Red Rain. There was a law secretly passed during when Raven was at the age of 25, which basically states those convicted murder and/or unclaimed bodies may be use for experimentation and/or have DNA used for to making clones.

Background information:

Raven Skelton, real name "Eurporia Celliton", was a orphan back in early 21th Century. When she was nine years old. She was caught in a church by a priest for trying to steal food and valuables from the church. Instead of turned her in to the police, the priest took her to a orphanage. The priest had alternative motives then goodwill, he was part of a organization called "Republic of Eden" or "RoE". The orphanage was a front for a RoE. The Orphanage taught the young orphans how to make weapons out of anything they had ready and how to kill with the makeshift weapons. Many orphans die during the training but many more died during the finally exam. After passing the exam she was given the code name "Raven" and she was assigned to the Skelton section whom mainly gather intelligences and carrying out assassination.

After several successful missions, the Skelton section was assign a mission to kill several individuals but were betrayed by the organization they serve. The betrayal almost kill every member of Skelton. But, Raven manage to survive the ambush by taking several rounds and fall into a dark loose hole in the wall. Where she was found by the police and taken to the local hospital. The hospital didn't have any identification on her except tattoo on her body that read "Raven *unreadable due to bullet wound* Skelton. The staff of the hospital wrote that down as her real name in the administration documents and the police reported that she died on the operation table because they fear that people who murder the people around her would come and finish her off.

After she recovered her wounds from the ambush. She secretly left the hospital to find out what happen to her and Skelton section. Before she follow standard procedure and head to a safe house for a debriefing. She headed to a gun store to procure some weapons. After breaking into the shop and taking several weapons with ammunition. She was attacked by her former comrades. After a brief fight with most of her attackers lay either dead or dying. She interrogated her former comrades for information. She learn that about the orders to kill any surviving members of Skelton Section. When she was finish with the interrogation, she slitted their throats and hanged them upside down to let them blood drained. After that police and news discover that incident the media dubbed her "Red Rain". For two years members of RoE started to show up dead. It was "Red Rain" raging war against RoE.

Republic of Eden:

A organization that believes that end times is coming and preparing to survive the end of days. The RoE collects orphans and train them as their soldiers. Also, RoE trade orphans to research corporations under the deals RoE made with cloning corporations. The deals were never made known to the public nor most of the government.

Reason for destruction of Skelton section:

It was never explain why or how Skelton section was ambush and annihilated. Thought there was discussion among RoE members about why the Skelton section disaster was never explain. The rumors were that Skelton section was terminated for traitorous actions or that their actions expose the organization to the public. Their was a darker rumor circulating that the Skelton section was terminated for a business transaction and their bodies. Their was also rumor about a order that kill any remainder Skelton section members on site.
