Everyone please download and install this addon along with the plugins for Naxx, OS, Maly, Ulduar, and ToCr. It will help us coordinate positioning and teach new players.

We are shifting our approach to raiding. About one to two months ago we decided that we were ready to switch to 25 mans full time because we had been seeing consistent attendance which allowed us to go there. However, we have seen a drop in 25 man attendance to the point where we are consistently pugging 5-10 people. In light of this we are setting up simultaneous 10 mans for ToCr only. We do not have enough people geared to do this in ICC. Therefore, we have divided our geared main tanks and main healers into Group A and Group B. There is no distinction of lesser quality when belonging to B group, so shut up. It's an arbitrary name for goodness' sake. We have sent in-game messages to those that we have designated A and B. DPS will not be divided. What we want from DPS is to be blind to A and B at the beginning of each lockout period. Sign up for whatever availabilities you have and the raid leaders will work to balance the two groups throughout the week.

Also, in conjunction with this change, I would like to announce that Yvercy will be stepping down as secondary raid leader for the guild. /sad face. He will be missed. I have appreciated his exuberance and commitment to making this a better guild from day one. He was always willing to do whatever it took and I saw him fully embrace the responsibilities we placed on him, and watched him ask for more.

Shay will be stepping up to fill Yvercy's shoes. Shay will be leading A group, Executation will be leading B group. Everybody please make Shay feel welcome!

Happy patch day, everybody! The biggest immediate changes to the game are the new emblems that drop from heroic dungeon bosses. Which means everyone needs to start farming heroics again, YAY! On top of that, there are 3 new 5 man dungeons, which also need to be farmed.

As per the new raid, we will not be officially adding it to the schedule, though we may try to spontaneously put together a group for it. Please do not pug it until we know for sure we are not running it by Saturday night.
