Locking and Deleting Threads
Valilnore will  encourage all its members to use the forums on the website to there advantage. However we do require our members to use certain discretion when posting. Posts that are not productive or constructive and appear to be slanderous will be locked or deleted entirely. Posts that are made that may cause serious conflict, or hurt feelings will be locked. If the problem continues or is bad enough in the first place they will be removed. The website administrators have better things to do then clean up little tiffs that happen along the way. So please understand that its not something that we like to do.

For those of you that are unsure what locked means let me explain. Locked threads are threads that nobody can post in anymore, however you can still view them. So the initial posts and the posts that followed are maintained. Deleted threads are just that, deleted. The thread goes bye bye and its never to be seen again.

Bad Language
Please use language and content that is appropriate for all age groups on these boards. Unlike in-game there are no badword filters. Therefore any type of language could be used in these forums, however it is not permitted and if noticed will be removed. (*note* I will not hesitate to replace bad words with the word butterfly)
Problems
If you have a problem with anything guild related and you feel it needs to be addressed try sending an Officer an email on the website or talking to them online. Some things can just cause more upset when posted on the forums and it can be easily solved by addressing an officer with your issue.

Please understand that this is simply a caution to make everyone aware of the forum rules. We should not have problems with this and all our members and friends should maintain the peace. So keep up the good work and respect these rules/warnings.
