Welcome to Winter's Website!

For any new visitors to our message boards, here's the most asked for information below:

(From our Guild Charter)
12.  Guild Membership Requests: 

  1. a.  Read the guild charter  and make a post in the General Public Forum  asking for membership.  

    b.  Click on the Join Winter link at the top of the pages and answer the few questions there.  

    c.  Five current Winter members must also post their willingness to sponsor your membership, in your post. (see 12-a)

    d.  Sponsors are solely responsible for vouching for the character and integrity of the applicant.  

    e.  Sponsors are directly responsible for helping the new member in ALL areas. Coin, aurulite, armor, PL's, Epic's, RvR, PvE, etc. The sponsors are able to ask the guild for additional support but the main brunt should be theirs.


  2. New members should be mature, self-sufficient players and fun loving people.  No needy, childish noobs need apply... or if they are and later deemed overly annoying, they'll be asked to leave the guild.  Also, be willing to go out and get TS, Derida's UI, etc, etc when suggested they do so.)
  3. All new unsolicited applicants to Winter are expected to roll, template, and be willing to play a core-4 alt so that we can continue to be flexible in forming effective RvR groups.

    Core-4 classes include:

    Healer - PAC Spec, Tri Spec, or Aug Spec
    Shaman - Aug Spec
    Skald - Grouping Setup (SoS 1-2)

    If you are requesting membership as a core-4 class, then this obviously does not apply to you.

    You will not be forced to play a certain class on any given night, but if you wish to run with Winter RvR groups, your GL can and will request the necessary classes to be effective! 
  4. Exceptions are solely at the discretion of the GM's.
