Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post
.

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Yet more customizability brought to you today, by way of a link titled "Page Wrapper" in the Control Panel (under Style Tools)! The page wrapper gives you the option of having your pages display "wrapped" up in a bordered area, which has become increasingly popular in content management systems of late.
The tool has options for the type of border (solid, dotted, etc.), width, color, whether rounding should be applied (CSS3 browsers only), whether padding should appear between the border and where your content starts, the width of the wrapped area, and background stuff. Of course, custom gradients are supported and generated on your behalf, if you like.
Check it out!
Oh, also, Internet Explorer was being a monkey again, flinging things at people it shouldn't have. It's been tranquilized, and javascript errors/anomalies on page load should be all gone.

Can't edit content anymore, no edit links works as far as i can tell.
From the FF3.5 error console:
Error: sMemUrl is not defined
Source File: http://darkprophecykinship.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=258551&TabID=2172671
Line: 67
Doesn't work in IE8 neither.

Hi looks like this is specific to only a few sites.
Aaron will get to this soon but in the mean time you can still edit the content of the site if you use "Control Panel" "Pages and Content" click on the page the info you want to edit is in and then you can edit from there.

Hello,
In your custom footer HTML, you have an unclosed script element surrounding your Javascript. Also, your last line ends improperly (on a concatenation). I've disabled the script for now, and everything else is working as it should. You might want to give that script a look, and make sure it loads correctly, before re-enabling it.

Thanks, feel a bit stupid now...
But, it worked fine when I last updated that, I specifically checked.
After this update, it didn't work anymore. And as you say, the last part of the script is just cut off, and I'm sure I didn't do that. It looks like it has been truncated for some reason. Was this just a fluke thing, or did I screw up without even noticing?
Again, thanks for the help!

Please don't feel stupid on account of my jerkily-worded response. The word "improperly" should never be typed up by
my
fingers. Let me check on the max length for the custom html field...
Code Monkey runs off into an adjoining chamber and finds the shivering Gerbil of Knowledge hiding under a life-sized cut-out of Conan the Barbarian. After water-boarding the Gerbil for several hours, Code Monkey runs back into the Admin Community.
Alright, sorry about that. Looks like the field max length is set to 7,000 characters. So for longer javascript type stuff, you might want to drop it into a file with a .js extension, upload it to your guild storage, and do the script src="[file name here]" dealy.

I think you misunderstood me, stupid wasn't a reaction to what you said.
It's just that I'm a programmer myself, and I should have checked it first
.
Edit:
After you disabled the scripting, I updated it with the truncated parts and saved it, and it saved without truncating. And it worked fine again. A few hours later I came back and noticed that it had been truncated again. So it seems that the truncation doesn't happen when you save, but at some later point. Is that how it's supposed to be?
I've now moved it into a few HTML boxes on different tabs, I've been meaning to but just been lazy...
