Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post
.

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

As an alternative, maybe you can run a poll in each strat thread?
Yes, I read
Did not read (or another yes choice so as not to confuse the fact that "not reading" is not an option)
You will be able to view those whom voted (now how they voted, just that they did).
They will not need to post a reply and you will be able to see who read it.
Ahh of course. I've glossed over that feature, making post after post, it's like I never even saw it there. (At first, when I read your post, I was wondering to myself if I was going to have to insert the poll widget somehow, but that didn't make sense either).
Anyway, thanks for the heads up, Keilana!

Now, here's hoping that we admins can view the data somewhere, as to
which
members actually liked those posts
I really like that idea as our guild votes on each applicant and being able to see who clicks like/dislike would make it a lot easier/quicker for us. Doing a poll for each and every applicant simply isn't feasible for us. The game (swtor) is getting close to launch and we have a lot of people applying right now.
I can understand that a lot of guilds would probably like this info kept private, so maybe an option to turn it on/off in the Control Panel?
Thanks
