I hope this helps!  Working by post replies (until status indicators are implemented/updated), these are still "open".  This is the "wish list" of our guild and may not be in agreeance with what other guilds want or need.  We realize that some of these things are being worked on or soon to go live.  I will remove each item as it is implemented and running or otherwise "closed".

Announcements:
Announcement option bugged  11/17/2011

• Option to give officers (rather than admin. only) the ability to create announcements.
• Announcements are highlighted in bright blue.  Option to change font/highlight color?
• Clicking on an "announcement" does not do open anything or redirect to anywhere, but we get the indicator icon that something should happen.

Calendar events search resets  1/19/2012

• Calendar events search resets from the search window.  The search text remains but the search itself resets after an action (such as delete) is taken.  If a fix can be deployed so the search result stays for further action or a check box added...

• Can we please right click on a misspelled word and get spell correction options rather than/as well as having to use the tool bar option?  Most sites have that and it's nice because we can keep typing rather than type content OR spell check.
• It would be nice to have an "add to spell checker" option as the current library of words is very sparse and quite often does not have the words that need to be corrected.  It would also be nice to be able to add commonly used gaming lingo, so it does not always show as incorrect and that lingo can also be corrected if spelled wrong.  IE: Crafters, Mezzing, etc.

• I do ask that if that permission is eventually given, that it can be an option toggled on/off by the admin.  I would not like an angry ex-member to remove valuable information.

Guild Database:

• Our guild is using the Guild Database on Magelo more and more every day, but it would be great to have this information in one place.  As of yet, Magelo does not have a guild calendar (with sign-ups), forums or DKP type of roster.  They are working on most if not all of those things, but it could but ETAs are indefinite for now.  I would like to request a guild database exactly like or very similar to what is available with Magelo.  There is also the ability to view each characters bag/bank/inventory, gear (with dual windows to compare what your character has and the stats difference), role builds and planar attunements, but the Guild Database is the most important of all of these things.  Below is an example of the requested Guild Database:...

Mail - Webmail & email:

• Option to delete a "sent" mail from the open mail window - review, delete, opens next mail to read.
• Page-able mail, so that we don't have to delete mail to see what is on the next page.
• When mail is sent to an entire guild or group with-in the guild, it is listed ONCE as "bulk mail" or something similar, rather than listing each person individually so there is not as much to sift through later.  To indicate read/unread status, the names can be in different colors or those that have read on one list and those that have not on another in a pop up window or something.
• The ability to create mail groups as admin, ie: Core Raiders, crafter, etc.  When members want to reach out to a particular group, they just checkbox that grouping and send their message.

I have "Don't Send E-Mail" checked in my profile settings.  Is there a way to make notifications that would go to email instead go to the guildportal mail (subscribed thread notifications, etc)?

Read/Unread Deleted  1/19/2012

• As of now, sent mail status will show as "read" or "unread" which ever happens before deletion.  I would rather it actually show as "Deleted-Unread" or "Deleted-Read" so I know who is "trying" to stay plugged in and whom may be wasting our time.  We take time and great efforts to communicate with our members, so anyone potentially wasting hours of multiple peoples time is inexcusable for us.  Upon confirring with our members, no one considers it a "privacy issue" since it really would not be providing information more or less "private" than does indicating a "read/unread" status.

Membership:
Auto-purge notification  4/25/2011  &  Feature/bug requests  6/9/2011

• When super admins are sent GP system notifications that a member received an inactivity warning or are auto-purged, it does not tell us which member so that we may give them an in-game warning.  Can this be changed so that we are sent the name(s) with the notification please.  It is time consuming to search the member admin window.

• Request the ability to create a "membership confirmed" automated letter sent to newly accepted applicants upon giving membership access to the site.

• Magelo - Thanks.  I am really digging Magelo and it's features.  It would be spectacular to be able to incorporate some of those tools into our GP web site.
• Mail search/sort/paging - I have a heap-ton on mail.  I save and sort everything and send lots of guild wide mail that requests replies from each member.
• GP Roster - Something more along the line of what Magelo is using.  I put their page in an embedded widget, but it is not viewable to the public.

"New Mod" notification or indicator  11/4/2011

Misc./Other:
Internet Explorer + Guildportal = extreme lag  5/9/2011  &  Please fix the lag  8/24/2011

• I had multiple members complain about such lag using IE that they had not wanted to log into the site anymore.  However for those of us that have switched to Mozilla, the lag is practically non-existent (except for the photo gallery).  We have some members that for one reason or another do not want to switch, but would rather guildportal work just as well with IE.
• It is a real shame to have to do that.  However, to be honest, the lag was not always there and it has since gotten worse with no changes on our end.  Otherwise, I would not have posted, but rather would have reverted back to what was there before hand.  The lag has been growing worse using both Mozilla and IE, when we had none at all previously (again with no widget/function changes).

The theme's been laying around for a while.

You have a lot of items on here. We are trying to get to them, but I will not be able to come to this post (or the multitude of other posts going over the same things) and reply individually concerning status changes for each item. Even in tickets, lists are a horrible way to work through this stuff. Each item with its own ticket -- that's something that can be replied to.

I went back to fix my post with a quote to yours so that I could address each thing that you had said, since when I created my reply I was so irrate that it was all over the place and probably repeats itself quite a bit.  However, I noticed that you edited your reply (although the *edit note is not there) to something a lot less abrasive and accusatory - so I will do the same.

Yes, I do have a lot of items, it is a build up of things from over 4 years, so it might seem a little longer than most posts.

As stated several times before, this is the most simple way for me to follow up and track my requests and bug reports.  Yes, there are a multitude of other admins that had requested many of the same things.  That just means that others want it as well.  Hence why I created the above post - this is my way to keep any eye out for updates, or ask for a status update in already created posts, rather than creating clutter, by making redundant posts. 

Rest assured each of those things have been posted with a ticket as well as the times that I have been asked to re-ticket.

Lists may be "horrible" for some, but once things start to pile up and/or stand around for a long period of time, then I need to create a list to make sure that I do what I am supposed to do follow-up wise as I am accountable to the entirety of my guild.  Lists are good.  Forums are lists, tickets go to lists...

However, I will offer again, if there is something that I can do (other than drop the topics altogether, which is not going to happen) to help make things easier for you to work with, all you have to do is let me know. 

Tickets have been sent, posts have been made, honest communication has been given, ample time to work has been and will be understood, etc.   Tell me what I am missing from my end and I will do what I can to accommodate.
