I'd like to see a few minor tweaks to the mail system.

1. Move (or duplicate) the Delete selected and Move selected buttons to the top of the mail page.

2. Add a Mark selected as read option.

The first point is because I often have loads of mail (GM) and and am usually dealing with stuff at the top of the list and it's a long scroll down.
Possibly I should just delete more mail though

The second point would be really handy because now we have the splendid auto post function for applications (thanks for that).
I often find myself going in to the mail and having to open dozens of mails that I have already read on the forum.
