Please answer them or check to see if they are going through.  I did not receive the confirmation that we had been recently getting, nor has the most recent issue been addressed, so I am checking in as it is typical that questions, concerns and the like get scrolled out without ever being addressed and the mail I sent a long while ago had gone unanswered.  Pardon if I seem abrasive, not the intention but very frustrated as some things are more than half a year old and not being able to tell if even the new ones are overlooked, or not going through is starting to feel like another straw.

Hello there,

Anything sent through the support ticket form is saved to our database, and that's primarily what we work from. It's really the best way to get ahold of us directly. With posts here things do tend to get missed sometimes (which we regret), and direct e-mail is probably the worst, due to spam.

As for not getting notifications, I'll have to look into that... That's probably where the disconnect is. While I'm pretty sure everything you enter as a ticket is getting saved (I just ran a search and we've got quite a few in the suggestion box from you, and several closed tickets going back to 1/3/2008), it's possible that the e-mails that are supposed to be sent to you when we change the status of a ticket aren't making it to you.

We really need a better way for people to be able to check the status of tickets they've sent in, and over the past week, Sandy's been looking at some third party help desk applications. From what I'm seeing of what she's come up with, some of them are pretty slick.
