In our guild, we award medals on a regular basis.  The "description" field remains the same each time a medal is awarded.  I need a new field, "Grounds" which would be unique each time the medal is awarded.  What I'd like to see is a popup window which would allow me to enter the reasons why the member got the medal.  The grounds field would then appear in the Recent Awards content type instead of the description.

Let me give an example.  Let's say we award a Service Cross to five members.  The description says "This medal is awarded for aiding another guild member".  In our Recent Awards box, it shows five Service Crosses, all with exactly the same description.

With the change I propose, each time I awarded the medal, I would have the option of adding a grounds field.  By filling in that field, the Recent Awards would show exactly why the members received the medals.  So, the Recent Awards box would be much more descriptive like this (except with pictures):
