Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

1) As an admin, I would like to toggle the 'EDIT' buttons off throughout the site. It would be very helpful to be able to see the site as the other members do without having to switch to another account. It would also be a nifty feature (especially for designers) to be able to quickly view the site from different permission levels (from non-member, associate, member, officer to super-admin).
2) Is it possible to edit the styles and formatting of the modules? (re: News, Roster, etc.).? An example of desperately needing to change something that seems uneditable: The banner has a cellpadding of 2 between the navigation and the banner space. The result is a banner graphic that doesn't sit flush against horizontal menu bars or the top of the browser. Another case would be the ROSTER module which doesn't changes to its table structure (width, etc.)
Perhaps I'm missing some things here, but I figure I'd post just in case I wasn't.

Becoming Adept!
More css classes and IDs would be extremely helpful all around actually. A terrific example of where they're lacking is the two mini-calendars on the right hand side of the "Calendar - Enhanced" widget. It's very difficult to style those calendars because none of the rows or elements have useful style markup.

Additionally, I would like an option to add a static frame that encompasses the banner and horizontal button area at the top as well as the ability to control the vertical size of this frame and it scrolling ability. It drives me wonky that that top area has to reload each time someone makes a selection.
Any way to do this or something like it?
