Hi guys,

I sent in a ticket for this but going to post here anyway as the response came back empty. Myself and a lot of other guildies have recently lost large amounts from our post counts, and we can't figure out why! A few days ago, my post count was 2100ish and now its dropped by roughly 500. Another guy on our forums lost over 1000 from his post count, whilst others have been lucky and only lost 1 or 2 postcount.

I've been through our admin logs and we haven't deleted any forums or any physical posts. Do you or have you recently employed an archiving/deletion process that deletes posts older than three years or so? It seems the longer we've been posting, the more posts we've lost. Now, I dont really care about the posts themselves, if they were that old then we probably weren't using them. But, it would have been nice to retain the post count!

If anyone has experienced similar or knows what has happened I'd love to know!

Just bumping this

More guild members are announcing post counts being reduced. One guy went from 1300 to 250ish, another from 650 to 200. Pretty much everyone on my guild site is affected and yet no admin logs to suggest old content has been deleted

I will make a ticket for this.  If you could let me know the names of the players that have lost post count that would be helpful.
