Could we separate the 'Member Admin' from the SuperAdmin rank?

Reasoning:
For any relatively large guild, member admin takes some time. Ideally, you want to split this to your officers, without having to grant full super access to the site. Most of the time, the member admin involves accepting new joiners, and promote/update titles for members as they move along the ranks of whatever progression is set up. This is a relatively simple task, but it may take some time.
Officer Level are the immediate rank below Super Admin and should be able to do this work, thereby reducing the workload on the Super.

Suggested setup:
Allow 'Officer level' users to modify other user's member status and rights up to and including promoting other Officers,  with the exception of Super Users.

This is imperative at the moment.  As our guild grows larger I need to delegate work more and more.  I can no longer be the only one checking new members.  But its difficult to allow someone that you do not know in RL to have rights that could in essense cost you the loss of the site you have built.
