Blogs are cool and a nice thought but I don't think they will get used very often.

Usability would be greatly improved if we knew when someone added a new blog.  As it is right now you have to go through every user in the guild just to see if they have a blog entered.  Worse still you have to do every member every time to check for updates.

Added a new content type for ya, it's called “Recent Bloggers” and you can add it anywhere you like (Site Pages -> Select a page -> Add Content).

Have a few blogs listed now in Recent Blogs. So far we are up to 12 listed. Not sure when to others will get bumped off the bottom of the form.We are having a problem though. The 12 that are listed should actually be 15. I have had 2 users post that they cannot see their blogs. One has blog'd once and the other twicehttp://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=22070&TabID=200111&ForumID=101564&TopicID=788884Both users are regular guild members so should be able to blog as other members have. The 'missing' blogs are not the first blogs so it is not like they are being bumped off the list. Also others have posted after they have said they can't see their blogs.These broken users can see the Recent list for other bloggers and they can go My Blog and see what they just created.They just don't appear recent.Thoughts?

Ok this is similar to a problem we had with the Tradeskill content box.

At the moment only members and up have their blogs on the recent list.  We have our regular members as Associates, junior officers as Members and Senior officers as Admins etc  So only officers appear on the Blog list.

Can you give us the option to select security rights or access to who gets on the recent Blog list.
